Local Sports Questions are being asked yet again after a Large Group Exemption Renewal Hamilton Princess & Beach Club Trusted Establishment Events has been approved.
It was previously announced that Stage 4 of the return to play rules would be broken into 4a, without spectators, and 4b, with fans allowed to attend.
With Sports returning at 4a – No fans allowed at outdoor events for LOCAL SPORTS, comes the approval of the Maximum number of persons permitted at Hamilton Princess and Beach Club venues:
INDOORS
Harbourview Ballroom - 500
Princess Ballrooms - All - 250
Both locations at the hotel facility are INDOORS and cater to both Local and Visitors events, however, Bermuda Outdoor Local Sports Spectators are not allowed to attend Local Sporting Events.
This must be addressed before the country moves forward in hosting any International Sporting Event.
