Bermuda and Guatemala spent the first half feeling each other out, both teams came into the match having played five days ago. Bermuda created the first chance when Justin Donawa came close but his shot went over the bar. Guatemala created a few chances but in the end neither team beat the opposition goalkeeper as they went to the break deadlocked at 0 - 0.
The second half saw much the same as both teams showed promise in the middle of the park but in the end neither team would find the back of the net as the game ended 0 – 0 in front of a crowd of 1,105.
Meanwhile Roberto Alvarado and Jose Juan Macias scored on either side of halftime as Mexico cruised to a 3-1 win over Panama in a CONCACAF Nations League match on Tuesday in Mexico City.
