Julian Fletcher touched the wall in a time of 1:02.73 on his way to finishing 3rd in the Men’s 100m Breaststroke Heat 1.
Fletcher put in a strong 50m, making the turn in 29.10, with would have eclipsed the Bermuda Record for the distance, but he lost a little on during the second 50 but managed to hang on for the spot.
Fletchers performance saw him finish 40th overall.
