Marleigh Howes, a beacon of determination, led her Bolles School Women’s Swimming teammates to a resounding victory over Nease High School Swimming.
The scoreboard flickered, revealing the final score as Bolles School had 185.5 points, while Nease High School had 100.5 points. A symphony of strokes, turns, and relentless effort painted with excellence.
In the Girls 200 Yard Freestyle, Howes carved through the water. Her touch at the wall in a swift 2:01.20 earned her the Silver Medal.
The Girls 100 Yard Butterfly, a dance of power and finesse. Howes, wingspan extended, sliced through the pool. Her time of 1:00.28 saw her collect another Silver, another testament to her prowess.
And then, the relay, Howes, dove in to compete on the third leg. The Bolles Girls 400 Yard Freestyle Relay surged like a collective heartbeat. The clock halted at 3:37.15 as they claimed the Victory to a chorus of splashes and cheers.
