Elijah Daley concluded competing on the final day in the Age Group International Short Course Canadian Championships, hosted by the Etobicoke Swim Club.
On Day Three Daley set three Personal Best times, he won two Medals, and also broke two Bermuda Records.
Daley during the 50m Butterfly Preliminaries, finished 5th clocking a time of 25.10 to advance to the A final, in the A Final, Daley clocked a Personal Best time of 24.46, which broke the record of Jesse Washington set back on March 17th, 2018 during the BEST of the BEST Age Group Championships.
With a time of 57.02, Daley clocked the fastest time in the 100m Backstroke Preliminaries to advance to the A Final. In the A Final Daley clocked a Personal Best time of 55.97, breaking Jack Harvey’s record set back on November 26th 2020 during the BASA Winter Age Group Championships.
Daley would end up competing in the 100m Freestyle Preliminaries clocking a time of 52.39 to advance to the A Final, in the A Final, Daley clocked a Personal Best time of 52.05 finishing 6th.
