Sam Williamson representing Bath University competed in the 2023 British Universities & Colleges (BUCS) Short Course Championships in Sheffield.
Williamson took to the pool to compete in the 100m Individual Medley Preliminaries, touching the wall in a Personal Best time of 56.45 finishing 9th, which took him into the A Final.
In the 100m Individual Medley Final Williamson swam faster again to finish in 10th with a time of 56.18, setting a new Bermuda Open Record.
Williamson finished second competing in the 400m Individual Medley Preliminaries clocking 4:26.15, in the 400m Individual Medley Final, Williamson would record the same time of 4:26.15, finishing 9th.
Williamson swam the 200m Individual Medley Preliminaries clocking a Personal Best of 2:04.15 finishing 9th, and then in the 200m Individual Medley Final, Williamson clocked another Personal Best time of 2:02.80 again finishing in 9th place.
