Brandon Adkins and Flynn Watson-Brown represented Baylor Swim Club in the 2023 Speedo Southern Premier Championships held at the Centennial Sportsplex- Tracy Caulkins Competition Pool in Nashville, Tennessee.
Adkins advanced to the Men’s 200 Yard Freestyle C Final after finishing 17th in the Preliminaries touching the wall in a time of 1:41.44. Adkins did not compete in the Final.
Adkins touched the wall in a time of 1:53.01 finishing 4th in the Men’s 200 Yard Backstroke B-Final, Adkins finished 13th in the Preliminaries clocking a time of 1:52.28.
Watson-Brown competed in the Men’s 50 Yard Freestyle D Final finishing 8th with a time of 21.98, and during the Preliminaries Watson-Brown finished 25th clocking a time of 21.63.
Adkins won the Men’s 500 Yard Freestyle C Final after touching the wall in a time of 4:34.18, during the Preliminaries, Adkins finished 22nd clocking 4:37.18.
Adkins finished the Men’s 100 Yard Backstroke Preliminaries in 32nd place advancing to the D Final, but Adkins did not compete in the Final.
With a time of 47.52, Adkins finished 8th in the Men’s 100 Yard Freestyle C Final, during the Preliminaries, Adkins finished 22nd clocking 47.11, while Watson-Brown finished 32nd clocking 47.52, advancing to the D Final, but he did not compete.
Adkins finished 59th competing in the Men’s 100 Yard Butterfly Preliminaries clocking a time of 53.48.
