Madelyn Moore and her Virginia Tech Women’s Swimming and Diving teammates picked up their first win of the season against George Washington and Ohio.
The Virginia Tech Women's team swept George Washington 204-96, and also won against Ohio 196-104.
Caroline Bentz, Fanni Gyurinovics, Karisa Franz, and Moore clocked a winning time of 1:41.68, in the Women’s 200 Yard Medley Relay.
Moore would also claim victory in the Women’s 50 Yard Freestyle touching the wall in a time of 23.10.
Competing in the Women’s 100 Yard Freestyle Moore clocked a time of 51.44 on her way to finish 3rd.
Moore was a member of the Virginia Tech Women’s 400 Yard Freestyle Relay team along with Carmen Weiler Sastre, Fanni Gyurinovics, and Emily Claesson, which clocked a winning time of 3:21.46.
