Vanessa Esposito, and her University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC) Women's Swimming and Diving teammates repeated as runners-up at the 2022 America East Championships.
During the Women’s 500 Yard Freestyle A - Final, Esposito finished 6th clocking a time of 5:01.32. Esposito advanced to the Final after finishing the Preliminaries in 6th touching the wall in a time of 5:02.51.
Esposito swam the third leg for the UMBC Women’s 800 Yard Freestyle Relay team that finished 4th clocking a time of 7:33.67.
Esposito competed in the Women’s 200 Yard Freestyle A Final finishing 6th clocking a time of 1:52.61, she advanced to the A final after finishing 6th in the Preliminaries touching the wall in a time of 1:52.98.
With a time of 17:38.34 saw Esposito finish 9th competing in the Women’s 1650 Yard Freestyle.
