Madelyn Moore and her Northern Colorado Women’s Swimming teammates recorded seventeen lifetime best swims and another three school records has them sitting in second place with 394 points after day two at the Mid-Season Invitational.
Another strong relay performance kicked off the event in Utah. This time Moore, Chelaine van der Westhuizen, Katelyn Bergin, and Saana Liikonen swam a 1:41.03 in the Women’s 200 Medley Relay. Less than a half-second from a school record, the fearsome foursome finished second only to UC San Diego.
Northern Colorado capped off its night in the Women’s 800 Freestyle Relay. Moore, Nunez Blazquez, Lily Mayer, and Pavanello swam a 7:33.99, it was Moore's opening split of 1:49.72 that earned her yet another school record.
