Moseley Impressive Performances in the UK

IslandStats.com
Harbour swimmer, Finn Moseley, currently swimming with the Plymouth Leander Swim Club at Plymouth College, United Kingdom, finished the 2020-2021 season very strong despite COVID related stops and starts.

Moseley capitalized on limited opportunities, breaking Jesse Washington's Short Course 50 Meter Freestyle 15-16 Age Group record in a time of 23.99, which was previously set in March 2016 at the PL Final SC Level X Meet on July 28th and 29th.

Moseley went on to reach Personal Best times in the same meet in the 100m Freestyle swimming 52.06 as well as the 100m Backstroke where he swam a 1:00.25.

Earlier in the season Moseley had a great showing at the PL Club SC Championships where he swam a 1:57.44 in the 200m Freestyle, he also swam a 59.12 in the 100m Butterfly and 26.43 in the 50m Butterfly.

Moseley also capitalized on the one Long Course opportunity he had before returning to Bermuda in August, where he swam in the Regional South West of England LC British Festival of Swimming on July 24th.

Moseley placed 3rd in the 200m Freestyle in a time of 2:04.79 (ranking him 20th in the UK on the National Tables for the Summer Festivals); 2nd in the 100m Freestyle, swimming a 53.64 (ranking him 6th in the UK) and 2nd in the 50m Freestyle in a time of 24.77 (ranking 9th in the UK).

Moseley has qualified for the Swim England Championships in December in both the 50m & 100m Freestyle and hopes to add more QT's over the next few meets.

He will represent Plymouth College in the ESSA School Relay Regionals next month and looks to attend the British Summer Championships in the Spring of 2022.
