Natalie Gazzard and Megan Hands concluded competing on the CAZOVA Under 23 Beach Volleyball Tour in Pueblo El Pao, Santa Cruz, Trinidad and Tobago, picking up the Silver Medal.
The Bermuda pair advanced to the Gold Medal match after defeating Adalia Badroe and L’fe Roberts, from Trinidad in the Semi-Finals in a three-game battle.
Gazzard and hands won the first game 21–12, but Badroe and Roberts leveled the match at 1 – 1 after they won the second game 21-17, Gazzard and Hands, would then advance to the final winning the third game 15-8.
Gazzard and Hands would take on Trinidad and Tobago’s Tysan Selvon and Britney Choon in the Final, the pair were looking for another Caribbean Zonal Volleyball Association (CAZOVA) Under-23 Invitational Beach Volleyball Tournament Women’s Title. Winning 21-8, 21-3.
Selvon and Choon, won the First Leg of the tournament a week ago and would do the same this week with a straight games win over Gazzard and Hands.
