Four Bermuda Volleyball Association Junior club teams began competing in The Rhode Island Rumble Tournament.
The Paradise Hitters 18 Division team won their opening match 2 0 over Cmass Evolve Gray 25-8, 25-18. The Paradise Hitters then fell 2 1 to Slam 18 Two, 25-22, 19-25, 16-14. In their final match of the day, the Paradise Hitters defeated the Legacy Nationals 2 0, 25-23, 25-14.
The Paradise Hitters 17 Division team ended the day with one win and two defeats, in their opening match they fell 2 1 to Avidity Ruby 25-19, 23-25, 15-4, they then regrouped and defeated Unlimited One team 2 0, 25-16, 25-13.
They would close out their day falling 2 0 to Nova Black 25-9, 25-11.
The Paradise Hitters 16 Division team would play one match on the day, and they defeated Slam Two 2 1, 21-25, 25-16, 15-10.
The Paradise Hitters 14 Division team ended Day One with one win and two defeats, they started with a 2 0 win over South County Three 25-18, 25-15, they would then fall 2 0 to NH Seacoast National 25-22, 25-18.
The Paradise Hitters 14 Team closed out with a 2 0 defeat at the hands of Northeast Club 25-8, 25-17.
