NORCECA will concentrate its efforts on the development of beach volleyball as a way to expand the seed of this growing discipline mainly in the many islands that are part of the Caribbean and the Eastern Caribbean, two of the most important development zones of the confederation.
Under the slogan "The Gold is in the Sand", the NORCECA Confederation is currently working on a program aimed at local authorities and potential sponsors in order to encourage the practice of this discipline that is more affordable in terms of economic and human resources.
The report is included in the activity report presented by the president of NORCECA, Cristóbal Marte Hoffiz, during the 37th FIVB World Congress that was held virtually on February 5th, 6th, and 7th.
