Jessica Lewis was back in action competing in the World Para Athletics Grand Prix in Nottwil, Switzerland.
Lewis competed in the T53 Women’s 400m race finishing fourth clocking a time of 58.60, Catherine Debrunner won the race in 50.19, Samantha Kinghorn was second in 51.83, and Angela Ballard rounded out the podium clocking 58.12.
Lewis told www.islandstats.com after the race, “Today went well, I almost had a Personal Best, by best is 58.12 and I did a 58.60. I felt great for 300m and then gassed for the last 100m but managed to stay close to Angela and hold Yen off.”
