Former Female Athlete of the Year Jenaya Wade-Fray is on schedule following her knee surgery shortly after rupturing an ACL at practice.
Wade-Fray, who is now an assistant coach at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga (UTC) for Women's Basketball, she also played for the school.
Wade-Fray said, “I am feeling good, I have an appointment with the doctor later this week and I am hoping that I will get the clearance to go full steam ahead in my rehab.”
“I am hopeful that I could recover and make an attempt to go Professional,” concluded Wade-Fray.
