Alizadeh rowing Hudson, would cross the line in 5th place clocking a time of 7:35.7. Alizadeh now moves to the C/D Semi-Final.
Due to the pending Typhoon approaching Japan, organizers have now advised that Alizadeh will next be in action on Thursday in the C/D Semi-Finals, with the Final expected to take place on Friday.
Alizadeh in is C/D 1st Semi-Final and he will be up against Husein Alireza, from Saudi Arabia, Cris Nievarez, from the Philippines, Alvaro Torres Masias, from Peru, Quentin Antognelli, from Monaco, and Mohammed Al Khafaji, from Iraq.
The top three in each Semi-Final will advance to the C Final, with the others heading to the D Final.
