Others including Rose-Anna Hoey, Moses Mufandaedza, Seamus Fearon, and Alex Winfield all completed the course along with Dage Minors and Chris Estwanik who paced Trott.
Trott had qualified for the event and was approved and ready to compete in the event in March before we were hit with the pandemic.
Trott along with Minors and Estwanik ran along the Race Weekend Half Marathon route that started outside of Hamilton Princess and completed the race at Barrs Park.
Trott this morning covered the distance in a time of 1:14:58, Mufandaedza clocked 1:21:19, while Fearon was clocked across the line in a time of 1:23:31. Hoey would record a time of 1:26:37 and Winfield finished in 1:35:52.
