PREMIER DIVISION

X-Road’s 1 Devonshire Colts 1

At Lord's, Devonshire Colts fought back to secure a share of the spoils against X-Roads.

Donavan Thompson handed X-Roads a deserved breakthrough in the 31st minute, a lead they successfully defended until late in the second period.

However, Colts were awarded a penalty with 14 minutes remaining, and Jahzardae Samuels held his nerve from the spot to ensure both sides walked away with a point.

St. George’s Colts 0 PHC Zebras 4

The PHC Zebras visited the Wellington Oval and defeated the St. George’s Colts 4 - 0.

Joshua Joseph silenced the home crowd inside four minutes, Tristen Davis doubled their lead giving PHC an early advantage they carried through to the interval.

Nasje Brockington doubled the lead ten minutes into the second half, before Stefan Simmons applied the finishing touch in the 84th minute to wrap up a professional afternoon's work.

Young Men Social Club 1 Somerset Trojans 6

Bermuda international Justin Donawa was in unplayable form, hitting four goals as Somerset Trojans dismantled Young Men's Social Club in an emphatic 6-1 rout.

Michari Tear-Deleon opened the scoring for the visitors in the 26th minute, but Social Club hit back six minutes later when national team playmaker Zeiko Lewis found the net to level at 1-1.

Parity proved short-lived. Donawa took charge of the contest with a devastating quickfire double, striking in the 34th and 37th minutes to give Somerset a 3-1 cushion at the interval.

The Trojans showed no signs of letting up after the restart, Jadon Ratteray-Smith adding a fourth within sixty seconds of the resumption. Donawa then completed his sensational afternoon with two further goals inside two minutes (54' and 56') to put the result well beyond doubt.

Devonshire Cougars 3 Paget Lions 2

Liam Evans proved the hero for Devonshire Cougars, converting in the 94th minute to break Paget Lions' hearts in a chaotic, five-goal encounter at the Devonshire Recreation Club.

Paget drew first blood after 14 minutes through Shakir Smith, but the hosts responded ten minutes before the break as Drewonde Bascome restored parity.

Cougars nudged ahead on the hour mark when an unfortunate own goal found the back of the net, only for Smith to double his tally in the 75th minute and haul Paget level at 2 - 2.

Just as the points looked set to be shared, Evans produced a blistering free kick deep into stoppage time to spark jubilant scenes for the home side.

FIRST DIVISION

St. David's 0 Southampton Rangers 1

In a fixture switched to Lord’s, Southampton Rangers collected their first victory of the league campaign courtesy of a gritty 1-0 win over St David’s.

The decisive moment arrived two minutes before half-time, when Jamar Franklin found the breakthrough to put Rangers ahead. Despite second-half pressure from the hosts, Rangers defended resolutely to protect their clean sheet and secure three vital points.

Vasco 2 Somerset Eagles 4

Somerset Eagles produced a breathtaking second-half fightback to overturn a two-goal deficit against Vasco at the Police Field.

Vasco appeared firmly in control in the opening half-hour following goals from Logan Viera (14') and Ludgero Filipe Medeiros Ponte (28').

However, the tide turned dramatically six minutes after the restart when an own goal gave Eagles a lifeline. Tahj Wade then levelled from the penalty spot in the 62nd minute, before Dylan Arruda completed the turnaround on 73 minutes. Makal Robinson sealed the comeback with a 90th-minute strike to cap a memorable afternoon for the West Enders.
