The IslandStats Football Show returns to screens this evening, broadcasting live from 6:00 pm with an in-depth inquest into a dramatic weekend of local and international football.
Top of the agenda for the studio panel will be Bermuda’s bruising 4-1 Concacaf Nations League defeat at the hands of Barbados at the BFA Technical Centre. Despite taking an early lead through Djair Parfitt, Bermuda were swept aside by a ruthless Bajan counter-attack spearheaded by Thierry Gale's double, leaving plenty of tough tactical questions to answer.
The discussion will also delve into Saturday night's Dudley Eve Trophy double-header action under the lights at PHC Stadium.
The panel will break down Dandy Town Hornets' sharp 3-1 victory over rivals North Village Rams in the marquee clash, alongside Somerset Trojans and St George’s Colts sharing the spoils in a hard-fought 1-1 draw.
