Eastern County Cup holders Bailey’s Bay have named their starting lineup for Saturday's heavyweight derby against arch-rivals St. David’s Cricket Club, making three changes to their squad as they look to defend the coveted trophy.
The showdown at Lord's in St. David's is scheduled to get underway at 10:00 ADT on Saturday, 29 August, bringing together the two dominant forces in the competition for the final round of the series.
Captain Terryn Fray once again leads the defending champions, with veteran all-rounder Rodney Trott slated to serve as vice-captain.
Bay have adjusted their team dynamics with three notable personnel changes. Coolidge Durham, Lazai Outerbridge, and Derrick Brangman miss out from the starting XI, with Durham moving to the reserves.
In their places, the holders have recalled experienced spinner Rodney Trott alongside Jermaine Usher and Nyhrobi Carmichael to bolster both their batting and bowling departments.
The reigning holders retain significant star quality in their ranks, featuring former Sussex all-rounder Delray Rawlins alongside Tre Manders, wicketkeeper Sinclair Smith, Kyle Hodsoll, Dennico Hollis, Macquille Walker, and Michael Agard III.
