Hawley features prominently among the world's elite in the women's division, holding the 80th spot in the overall World Rankings. The Olympian sits 89th in the flagship World Triathlon Championship Series standings, while occupying 30th on the Individual Olympic Qualification list. Regionally, Hawley remains among the Americas' top performers, sitting 16th in the Continental rankings.
