Bermuda’s Under-14 boys produced a devastating quickfire double in the second half to secure an impressive 2-0 victory over Martinique in the 2026 CFU Under-14 Challenge Series.
Following an opening-day 1-1 draw against Barbados, the young Gombey Warriors maintained their unbeaten start to the regional tournament, moving onto four points from their first two fixtures.
After a tightly contested and scoreless opening period, Bermuda broke the deadlock in the 62nd minute when Adam Barritt found the back of the net with a composed finish.
Martinique had barely caught their breath when Bermuda struck again just 60 seconds later. Vashon Martin seized on an opportunity in the 63rd minute to double the advantage, putting the result beyond doubt with a rapid one-two punch that sealed all three points.
The victory caps a strong start to the campaign for the Bermudians, who take momentum and a clean sheet into their upcoming group fixtures.
