Bermuda's footballers enjoyed another encouraging weekend of pre-season action across the English football pyramid, with Nathan Trott, Nahki Wells and Kane Crichlow all featuring in convincing victories as clubs stepped up preparations for the new campaign.
The highest-profile success came for goalkeeper Nathan Trott, whose Championship side Cardiff City cruised to a 5-1 victory over National League outfit Forest Green Rovers in an impressive attacking display.
Fellow Championship player Nahki Wells also ended the week on a winning note. Luton Town, who have been holding a training camp in Spain, defeated Saudi Pro League side Al-Kholood 2-0 as their preparations continued.
There was another positive result for Kane Crichlow, whose National League side Dagenham & Redbridge opened up with a dominant 4-0 victory over Stanway Rovers, while fellow National League club Boston United defeated League One side Peterborough United 1-0 with Bermudian midfielder Emeer Peets featuring as a trialist.
Further down the pyramid, Ne-Jai Tucker helped National League South newcomers Walton & Hersham to a 2-1 win over National League North side Oxford City, continuing an encouraging pre-season for the ambitious Surrey club.
Willie Clemons was also on the winning side as Leiston recorded a 2-0 away victory over Mulbarton Wanderers, while Harry Twite and Basford United edged Hanley Town 2-1.
Reggie Lambe was among the goalscorers, finding the net deep into stoppage time to seal Ipswich Wanderers' 3-1 victory over Lakenheath and cap another productive outing for the experienced Bermudian forward.
Not every Bermudian enjoyed success, however. Keziah Martin and National League North side Hereford were beaten 3-0 by National League club Solihull Moors, while Milan Butterfield's Halesowen Town shared a 2-2 draw with National League side Tamworth in another competitive pre-season test.
With the start of the domestic season drawing ever closer, the weekend's results offered further signs that Bermuda's overseas contingent are building momentum, whether competing for places at Championship level or continuing their development throughout the non-league game.
