Bermudian rugby player Sarah Cross has been named as a finalist for the prestigious High Performance Athlete award at the British Sports Universities and University of Buckingham awards night.
The nomination caps off a remarkable 12 months for the talented dual-international and collegiate athlete, who has consistently excelled on both the domestic and international stages.
The High Performance Athlete category recognizes student-athletes who have competed and represented their sports at an elite performance level over the past calendar year.
Cross is one of three incredible nominees shortlisted for the top honor following an impressive string of achievements.
Her standout year included a call-up to represent Bermuda Rugby at the Rugby Americas North (RAN) Sevens tournament, where she showcased her skills on the regional stage.
