The UMBC Indoor Track & Field teams, featuring Madisyn Bobb, have earned high marks in the America East preseason poll, as the Conference announced its rankings on Thursday afternoon ahead of the 2025-26 season opener.
The conference coaches have shown strong confidence in both the men's and women's teams at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC):
The Women’s team was tabbed to finish fourth in the preseason poll.
The Men’s team was voted to finish third, positioning them as strong contenders for the season.
The 2025-26 indoor season is set to begin this Saturday afternoon. Madisyn Bobb and her teammates will open their campaign at the St. John's University Youree Spence-Garcia Invitational in Staten Island, New York.
The high preseason rankings set the stage for a competitive season as UMBC aims to challenge the top teams in the America East Conference.
