The Bermuda Power Boat Association has been forced to postpone its Annual Round the Island Race for a second time, after a small craft warning was issued by the Bermuda Weather Service.
The warning, which is in place from this morning through to Sunday night, has made it impossible for organisers to proceed with the event this weekend due to safety concerns.
This latest setback means the highly anticipated race will now be rescheduled for Sunday, August 31st. Organizers and competitors alike are now hoping that the third attempt to get the boats on the water will be a successful one.
