Bermuda's two powerboat teams were in action as Race World Offshore made a thrilling return to Michigan City, providing an exciting opening day for fans and competitors alike.
Both Bermudian boats competed in the SuperStock Class, which featured two heat races.
S-25 GL Construction / S-25 Team Bermuda, crewed by David Selley and Steven Bridges, put in a solid performance in Heat One, securing a 5th place finish against a competitive field.
Meanwhile, S-12 NUFF SAID / Team Bermuda, with Luis Martins and Andy Stoneham at the helm, faced a tougher challenge in Heat Two, finishing in 7th place.
The teams will be looking to build on their opening day performances and make their mark as the racing action continues in Michigan City.
