Bermuda's Paralympian Jessica Lewis has commenced her campaign at the Canadian Track & Field Championships in Ottawa, successfully navigating her way through the preliminaries of the Women's 400m Wheelchair.
Lewis, a veteran of multiple Paralympic Games, took to the track in Heat 1 of the event, demonstrating strong form in her opening performance.
The Bermudian wheelchair racer showcased her speed and determination, crossing the line in 2nd place with a time of 59.23 seconds.
