Western County Cup holders Willow Cuts have opened their defence with a commanding performance, defeating PHC by a significant margin in their First Round match at the White Hill Field.
After PHC won the toss and elected to send Willow Cuts in to bat, the cup holders posted a formidable total of 252 for 6 from their allotted overs. The innings was dominated by an explosive century from Deunte Darrell, who was the top scorer with a magnificent 115 runs off just 75 balls. His whirlwind knock included 10 fours and 8 towering sixes.
