Bermuda secured their first victory in the ICC Men's T20 CWC Qualifier - Americas 2025, defeating the Bahamas by seven wickets in their second match at the Maple Leaf Cricket Club Ground in Canada.

Both teams entered the contest looking to open their account in the qualifiers after suffering defeats in their respective opening matches.
The Bahamas won the toss and elected to bat first, but they were effectively restricted by a disciplined Bermudian bowling attack. They could only manage 90 runs for the loss of 8 wickets in their allotted 20 overs, scoring at a rate of just 4.5 runs per over. Eugene Duff was the top scorer for the Bahamas with 31 runs.
