The Hamilton Parish Hurricanes have successfully defended their Bermuda Smash Invitational title, defeating the Sandys Spartans by five wickets in the final at the National Sports Center North Field.
In a hotly anticipated showdown, the Sandys Spartans batted first, posting a total of 151 runs for the loss of 6 wickets in their allotted 20 overs.
However, the defending champions, the Hamilton Parish Hurricanes, proved to be too strong. They efficiently chased down the target, reaching 154 runs for the loss of 5 wickets in just 17.4 overs.
