The Under 20 Men’s 200 Meter Dash saw Norre Robinson claim victory, stopping the clock in a time of 23.88 seconds. Roman Jones finished in second place with a time of 25.25 seconds.
In the middle-distance events, Azari Jones took the win in the Under 17 Women’s 800 Meter Run, clocking 2 minutes, 33.25 seconds. The Under 17 Men’s 800 Meter Run was a tight contest, with Nazir Johnson emerging victorious with a time of 2 minutes, 7.87 seconds, just ahead of Surii Russell who also recorded 2 minutes, 7.87 seconds.
The field events also provided a highlight, with Tiara Derosa dominating the Women’s Discus Throw Open. Derosa delivered a powerful throw of 46.15 meters, or 151 feet, 5 inches, on her very first attempt, which proved to be the winning mark.
