 Caitlyn Bobb has secured her place at the NCAA Outdoor Championships after another strong performance representing Virginia Tech at the East First Round track and field meet in Jacksonville, Florida.
Following her impressive heat run, Bobb took to the track for Heat One of the Women's 400 metres Quarter-Finals. Facing another competitive field, the talented sprinter delivered a well-paced race, finishing second in her heat with a time of 51.65 seconds.
This time proved to be more than enough to see her through to the national stage. Bobb's 51.65 seconds ranked as the seventh fastest qualifying time overall from the East First Round, confirming her deserved advancement to the prestigious NCAA Outdoor Championships.
The NCAA Outdoor Championships are scheduled to take place from Wednesday, June 11th to Saturday, June 14th at the iconic Hayward Field in Oregon.
Bobb's consistent performances throughout the NCAA East First Round highlight her significant progress and her ability to compete against the top collegiate athletes in the United States.
