Dage Minors has delivered an impressive performance at the Cardiff 5K, finishing in a strong 10th place. The unique event, held in the picturesque Whitchurch Village, a suburb of Cardiff, is widely recognised as one of the United Kingdom's premier 5K races.
The Cardiff 5K is renowned for its vibrant atmosphere, drawing comparisons to the electric crowds that line the streets for Bermuda's own iconic Bermuda Day Half Marathon. Spectators turned out in force to cheer on the runners as they navigated the course.
Representing Bristol & West Athletic Club, Minors clocked a new personal best time of 14 minutes and 30 seconds over the distance, a significant achievement in a highly competitive field. The race victory went to James Heneghan, who crossed the finish line in a swift 14 minutes and 20 seconds.
