Now that free agency, the NFL Draft, and the biggest wave of undrafted free agency has passed, the Cincinnati Bengals are starting to issue out jersey numbers.
Devwah Whaley, has been handed the jersey number 35, with Joe Burrow and Tee Higgins going for the Carson Palmer-Chad Johnson connection of 9 to 85 with their numbers.
