BSSF Netball All-Star Round Up
|
|
The East Team won the Senior Girls Netball game 28 – 25. Darrika Woodley-Simons won the West Team MVP, while Kirstin Saltus won the MVP crown for the Blue Team.
The East Team won the Girls Primary School Netball game 14 – 12 over the West Team. Zariah Simmons won the MVP award for the East, while Jade Stuart won the MVP award for the West.
The East Team then won the Middle School Netball game 21 – 4 over the West Team. Kayla Virgil-Darrell won the MVP award for the East, while Sediya Dill won the MVP award for the West.

Primary B Division Round Up

In early action, West Pembroke defeated Paget Primary 15 – 0, while BHS defeated Prospect Primary 7 – 1.
Francis Patton edged West End Primary 2 – 1, while St. George’s Prep defeated Port Royal 13 – 0.
In other action, Francis Patton defeated NorthlandsBHS defeated St. George’s Prep 9 – 2.

Berkeley Gold are Senior Champions
|
|
BHS won their Division and went through to the Semi-Finals of the Bermuda School Sports Federation Senior Schools Netball Competition at the Bernard Park, while Warwick Academy were runners up in the Division.
Berkeley Gold won their Division thus advancing through to the Semi-Finals against Cedarbridge Academy who were runners up in their respective group.
In the Semi-Finals, BHSWarwick Academy 15 – 5 and Berkeley Gold defeated the Cedarbridge Academy 17 – 10.
In the Final Berkeley Gold defeated BHS 12 – 9 to win the Senior School Netball Title.

Rain Halts Primary A Tournament

The tournament got underway, however only four games were completed before the heavens opened ending the day’s play.
In Group A Francis Patton defeated Somerset Primary 3 – 0, while Prospect Primary defeated Paget Primary 2 – 0 in the only other A Division match completed.
In Group B St. George’s Prep defeated Port Royal 3 – 0, while West Pembroke defeated Northlands 3 – 0.

Dellwood Are Middle School Champs
|
|
Dellwood Middle Schoolwon the Middle School Netball Tournament played at the Bernard Park with a 13 - 6 victory over defending champions Whitney Middle School.
Dellwood defeated Whitney twice during the day on their way to win the title.
Dellwood won Pool A and defeated Pool B runner up Warwick Academy 9 - 3 in the first Semi-Final while Pool A runner up Whitney defeated Pool B winner Clearwater Middle School 5 - 4 in the other tightly fought semi final.
