The Bermuda Softball League's highly anticipated playoffs burst into action at the Michael Preece Softball Diamond, delivering an immediate spectacle of runs and drama.

The opening fixture of the post-season proved to be an offensive feast, with a staggering 46 runs scored as the Paraquet Flyers outgunned the Kings in a free-scoring encounter, eventually emerging victorious with a 26-20 scoreline.

Leading the charge for the Paraquet Flyers was Manuel Herrera, who enjoyed a superb night at the plate. Herrera went 4 for 5, including a pair of home runs, and drove in an impressive six runs, setting the tone for his team's dominant display with the bat.
