Ethan Murray's crucial sixth-inning go-ahead home run in game two helped Adam Hall and his Biloxi Shuckers teammates to a doubleheader split against the Rocket City Trash Pandas at Keesler Federal Park on Thursday night.
The Shuckers fell 5-1 in game one before bouncing back with a 3-1 win in game two, securing their second doubleheader split of the season.
During the twin-bill, Zavier Warren etched his name into the Shuckers' history books by appearing in his 82nd consecutive game. This new franchise record (since 2018) surpasses Brock Wilken's previous streak of 81, set in 2024, highlighting Warren's remarkable consistency and durability.
Bermudian Adam Hall featured in both contests. He went 0 for 3 in the first game. However, he contributed in game two, going 1 for 2 with a single on a line drive to center field in the second inning, getting on base for the Shuckers.
The series continues on Friday at Keesler Federal Park, with first pitch scheduled for 6:35 p.m. Tate Kuehner is slated to start for the Shuckers against Mitch Farris for the Trash Pandas. The Shuckers will be looking to build on their game two victory and take the series lead.
