In the lone fixture of the evening, the Angels emerged victorious in a thrilling battle against Home None, clinching an 18-14 win to advance in the knockout stages.
The Angels' offence was spearheaded by an outstanding performance from Albert Acevedo. He enjoyed a perfect night at the plate, going 4-for-4, including a remarkable three home runs and driving in an incredible 10 RBI’s. His dominant display proved crucial in securing the win for his side.
Despite the defeat, John Ewles put in a strong individual effort for Home None. He went 3-for-5 from the plate, notching up a double, a home run, and contributing 5 RBI’s to his team's tally.
