Bermudian harness racing driver Kiwon Waldron was a prominent figure at Harrah's Hoosier Park last night, competing in three separate Pace Class races during a busy evening of action.
Waldron's first drive came in RACE 6, where he guided Firing Onall Fours. The pair put in a strong performance, crossing the line in second place with a time of 1 minute, 54 and four-fifths of a second (1:54&4).
He was back on the track for RACE 8, this time in the bike of Silvershoe Chixy. They completed the mile in an identical time of 1:54&4, securing a fourth-place finish in a competitive field.
Waldron's final engagement of the night was in RACE 14, where he teamed up with Six Sticks Of Gum. In another closely fought contest, they finished a commendable second, clocking a slightly quicker time of 1 minute, 54 and three-fifths of a second (1:54&3).
While a win eluded him on this occasion, Waldron's three starts and consistent times across the night demonstrate his active role and competitive spirit on the demanding Hoosier Park circuit.
