Bermuda's Taylor Carrick was back in action on the PSA Challenger Tour, competing in the $15,000 Men's Aftab Jawaid Memorial Open at the Houston Squash Club in Houston, Texas.
Carrick faced a challenging opening draw against Seif El-Shenawy from Egypt.
The match, a 21-minute battle, saw Carrick go down in straight sets. El-Shenawy secured the victory with set scores of 11-6, 11-2, and 12-10.
