IslandStats.com
The Michael Preece Softball Diamond was once again the scene of some high-scoring encounters as the Bermuda Softball League delivered a thrilling double-header night. A total of 73 runs crossed the plate across the two closely fought contests.

The opening game of the evening saw Bat & Boujee narrowly edge out the One Hit Wonders in a pulsating 17-16 victory. Liam Evans was a standout performer for Bat & Boujee, going 3 for 5 at the plate, which included two doubles, two home runs, and six RBIs.

Despite his powerful hitting, his team only just managed to secure the win. For the One Hit Wonders, Samuel Vieria had an exceptional night individually, going a perfect 5 for 5 at the plate and smashing two home runs while driving in seven runs. However, his efforts ultimately fell just short as Bat & Boujee held on for the narrow victory.

The nightcap saw a more decisive result as the Slug Pirates powered their way to a commanding 28-12 win over the B&V Sliders. Michael Fraohlic led the offensive onslaught for the Slug Pirates, going 4 for 5 at the plate and hitting three doubles while driving in seven runs.

Despite the significant deficit, Jumaane Davis put in a strong performance for the B&V Sliders, going a perfect 4 for 4 with two doubles, a home run, and five RBIs. However, the Slug Pirates' overall offensive firepower proved too much for the Sliders to handle.

Another exciting night of softball action in Bermuda, showcasing the competitive spirit and big-hitting prowess that the league has become known for.
