The breakthrough win for Waldron came in Race 7, a Trot Class race. He partnered with Melissa P and together they powered to victory, recording a winning time of 1:57&1.
Waldron capped off his impressive night in Race 12, a Pace Class event. Driving Friendly's Scooter, he steered the horse to a decisive victory, clocking a winning time of 1:55.0.
