Day 2 of the 2010 National Lotteries Authority Caribbean Squash Championships (CASA) got underway in St. Vincent. In the Men’s Round of 16 Micah Franklin went down in five sets to Cameron Stafford from Cayman 11 - 7, 11 - 6, 8 - 11, 9 - 11, 5 - 11.
Patrick Foster defeated Bruce Burrows from Jamaica in straight sets 11 - 6, 11 - 9, 11 - 2, however Robert Maycock went down to Richard Chin from Guyana in straight sets 0 - 11, 5 - 11, 7 - 11, while Nick Kyme defeated Julian Chin also from Guyana in straight sets 11 - 6, 11 - 4, 11 - 7.
In the Men’s Round of 8 Foster defeated Colin Ramasra from Trinidad in straight sets 11-5, 11-4, 11-3 to advance to the Semi-Finals, while Kyme lost to Richard Chin from Guyana in straight sets. In the Semi-Final Patrick Foster lost to Chris Binnie from Jamaica 8 - 11, 11 - 6, 1 - 11, 11 - 7, 11 - 6.
In the Men’s Consolation Play-offs Chris Stout defeated Colin Alexander from Guyana in straight sets 11 - 2, 11 - 1, 11 - 3. In other Men’s Consolation Play-offs action, Stout defeated Kevin Hannaway from St. Lucia in straight sets 11-5, 13-11, 12-10, before he went down in five sets to Julian Chin from Guyana 11-8,10-12, 3-11, 12-10, 2-11. Micah Franklin defeated David Finch from the Cayman Islands in four sets 11-6, 11-3, 8-11, 13-11, while Maycock defeated Kevin Bailey from St. Lucia in straight sets 11-8, 11-9, 12-10. Kyme defeated Bryant Cumberbatch from Barbados in straight sets 11 - 8, 11 - 4, 11 - 7 and Franklin defeated Warren Burrows from Jamaica in straight sets 11 - 8, 11 - 4, 11 - 6.
