The only other goal of the game came in the third period off the stick of Josh Bush from the Tri City Americans.

The Sarnia Sting defeated the Vancouver Giants 4 - 2 in the nightcap, Ross Rufiange led the Sarnia Sting to victory with 2 goals, while Scott Shannon and Mathieu Desjardins added a goal each. The Vancouver Giants got a goal apiece from Cory Caouette and Chad Cundliffe.
