At the end of the First Period the Boaz Island Beer Barons held a 3 – 1 lead, Jeremy Estey gave the Boaz Island Beer Barons the lead, but the Paget Pistols drew level when Brian White scored. Matt Mcphail scored to put the Boaz Island Beer Barons back in front, he would score again before the buzzer.
The Boaz Island Beer Barons outscored the Paget Pistols 2 – 1 in the Second Period to take a 5 – 1 lead. The Boaz Island Beer Barons got goals from Marcel Bouwens, and James Amaral, while White scored his second goal of the game for the Paget Pistols.
In the Third Period the Boaz Island Beer Barons outscored the Paget Pistols 4 – 2. The Boaz Island Beer Barons would get goals from Estey, Amaral, Bouwens, and Mcphail to complete his hat-trick, while Will walker, and Derek Farmer scored a goal each for the Paget Pistols.
