It was a goal feast in the latest double-header round of the Bermuda Inline Ball Hockey Summer League at the PCC Hockey Rink, with a total of 28 goals were scored.
Boaz Island Beer Barons 9 Pembroke Pirates 9
In the opener, a winner could not be decided as the Boaz Island Beer Barons and the Pembroke Pirates ended 9 – 9.
The Boaz Island Beer Barons got a hat-trick off the stick of Kris Abramowski, with both Jeffrey Ingelman, and Wayne Woloshyn adding two goals apiece, Hart Freedman and Derek Winch added a goal each.
Christopher Jackson, Pete Brodsky, and Adam Mattatall all scored twice for the Pembroke Pirates who also got single strikes from Matt Katzsch, Craig Rowat, and Mike Malott.
Paget Pistols 8 Hamilton Hurricanes 2
The Paget Pistols ran out 8 – 2 winners over the Hamilton Hurricanes in the nightcap.
Brian White found the back of the net four times for the Paget Pistols, who also got two goals apiece from Wyatt Woloshyn, and Mike Travis.
The Hamilton Hurricanes’ two goals came off the stick of Matt Benson.
