The Positive Image Dental defeated Liberty Mutual Insurance 5 – 4. Positive Image Dental jumped out to a 3 – 0 lead at the end of the First Period, they got goals from Chris Allinton, Adam Smith, and Marcel Bouwens, while Adam Fenos scored the lone goal for Liberty Mutual Insurance.
Liberty Mutual Insurance would outscore Positive Image Dental 2 – 1 in the Second Period, Shane Matchett, and Brian White scored a goal each for Liberty Mutual Insurance, while Bouwens would get his second goal of the game for Positive Image Dental.
In the final period, both teams would find the back of the net once, Chad Cundliffe scored for Liberty Mutual Insurance, while Troy Dort scored for Positive Image Dental.
