Canaries 4 Sandpipers 0
In the opener the Canaries defeated the Sandpipers 4 - 0. Abbie MacEachin opened the scoring in the 34th minute with a Field Goal, the lead was doubled with a second MacEachin Field Goal in the 41st minute.
Nicole Andersen would score the Canaries third goal from a Penalty Corner in the 44th minute, and then MacEachin would complete her hat-trick with a Penalty Corner goal in the 51st minute.
Swallows 3 Ravens 0
The Swallows pulled off a shocking 3 - 0 win over the Ravens, with all three goals coming inside the first 20 minutes of the match.
The Swallows took a 1 - 0 lead in the 2nd minute through a Kelli Nusum Field Goal, five minutes later it was 2 - 0 when Natasha Halliman scored from a Penalty Corner.
The third goal came off the stick of Jo Heaney in the 19th minute scoring a Field Goal.
